Job reputed company: The Coordinator, Sports Brand Solutions, will be responsible for supporting our sponsorship business. The primary role will be to work with various internal teams to schedule and book on-reputed company reputed company/reputed company sponsorships for reputed company programming reputed company to assigned properties. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: • Post Sale • Book features reputed company reputed company Ad Sales/reputed company systems (managing the process directly with the sales teams and their clients) • Communicate with TV Ad Ops any schedule changes and updates • Manage Sponsorship tracking grids for the SBS team to maintain a reputed company perspective on integration availability and potential content overlaps to consider in given reputed company that reputed company production and sales conversations • View and clip integrations to confirm accuracy, reputed company with sales teams, and reputed company any issues • Assist Manager in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of sponsored graphics and studio requests • Sales Materials • Assist in developing sales opportunities for assigned properties • Assist with digital and reputed company product creation • Assist with multimedia pricing requests • Support the ideation process for new opportunities • Upload/Update materials across reputed company, Sharepoint and SalesHub • Communicate opportunities to Sales utilizing organization-wide processes • Streamline Communication and Transparency • Manage status reports, meeting recap notes, etc. • Assist with the reputed company and distribution of weekly obligations across the sport vertical (includes reputed company production, programming, comms, ops, etc.) • Required/Preferred Education, Experience/Skills/Training: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Proficient in reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs • 1 year of experience preferred, marketing or sponsorship experience preferred • Highly organized, time management skills, ability to multi-task • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team player with the desire to do whatever it takes • Willingness to work reputed company and/or occasional travel #DisneyAdvertising The hiring reputed company for this position in reputed company, NY is $53,600- $73,700 and in Santa Monica, CA is $52,400- $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
