Scheduling Manager (Part-Time, Work From Home)

We are looking for someone who loves to solve puzzles and who is organized, reputed company, and friendly to take over the scheduling for an awesome, growing cleaning company that provides maintenance cleanings for kitchen equipment. reputed company and where will I be working... This position is remote, so you can work from home or reputed company you have a reliable internet and phone reputed company. There is a lot of flexibility as to reputed company you work, too. There are weekly tasks that have deadlines and/or are time sensitive, but you can generally choose what hours of the day to work on them. You will need to be generally available to answer inbound phone calls for the business during the hours of about reputed company - 9pm Mountain Time and reputed company scheduling confirmation calls during business hours. If there are last minute scheduling emergencies/changes that need to be made you will need to be available to handle those. Because we do most cleanings evenings and nights you must be available to handle these situations as they reputed company. This is a part time job and will probably take between 15-25 hours of work per week. What will I be doing? The scheduling manager’s primary duties are as follows. • Scheduling Manager • reputed company monthly and weekly scheduling plans • Coordinate with customers and employees to schedule work to be completed • Work with reputed company leads/managers to ensure jobs are properly staffed and equipped • reputed company adjustments as needed during the week • Receive inbound calls to the scheduling extension and assist customers with scheduling needs Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following: • Must have your own computer, smartphone (Android or IOS), internet reputed company, and printer • Attention to detail • Great interpersonal skills • Friendly/reputed company top-notch customer service • Excellent communication skills • Computer savvy • Dependable • reputed company • reputed company • Creative problem solver Candidates with experience are preferred, but prior experience is not a requirement.
