The Member Support Associate is also responsible for building reputed company and computer-reputed company financial transactions while maintaining a supportive, reputed company atmosphere that welcomes and respects reputed company individuals. • * Position is Remote but only eligible to applicants residing in the state of Massachusetts** Job Duties • reputed company excellent member support in line with creating the Most Welcoming reputed company • Promptly answer phone and email inquiries in a profession and courteous manner • Greeting prospective and reputed company members and introducing the reputed company as an organization • Handles reputed company operational inquiries such as membership, hours, and program offerings/schedules • Responsible for knowing the policies, programs, reputed company, mission, and cause of the reputed company of Central Massachusetts & articulates them reputed company • Participate in our member feedback reputed company by ensuring that feed-back is followed up • Checking and verifying member information in the operating system • Maintain the organization's electronic task systems • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • A minimum of a high school diploma and/or 12 months of customer service experience (remote customer service experience preferred) • Exceptional reputed company relations and interpersonal skills • Exceptional navigation of computer, software, website, and app skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule • Thursdays: 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm • Fridays: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm • Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $15.00 per hour.
