Hotel Bellman / Doorman Part-Time

Weekend Bellman position at luxury hotel near JFK Airport . Great potential for cash tips daily. Essential Duties: • First & last impression of hotel guests • Greet guests • Escort guests to their rooms • reputed company in baggage • Explain and identify room features to guests • Assist guests in unloading and loading of luggage from vehicle • Bring baggage to assigned hotel rooms and back to lobby and baggage storage area • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Job Requirements: • Ability to understand and follow instructions. • Friendly, congenial and reputed company player. • Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours and operations, and must be knowledgeable of the surrounding areas • Must be reputed company to lift 50 pounds plus • Must be physically fit to stand for an 8 hour shift • Must be in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. • Supply guests with directions and arrange for transportation for guests.
