Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Product reputed company position is completely 100% remote reputed company in the reputed company except Hawaii or reputed company Territories. This position may have the potential to travel up to 20% dependent on business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES  • Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to drive Product reputed company and prioritization reputed company • Serve as a reputed company between the business and development, acting as the voice of the customer and communicating requirements and needs to the Product team • Deliver on-time, on-budget, on-reputed company, on-fit service(s) or Product(s) • Own, maintain, and continuously groom reputed company Backlog • Facilitate delivery of features along with the Scrum Master by refining and improving processes that reputed company to more efficient development cycles • Work reputed company an Agile reputed company to reputed company and execute against a Product roadmap • reputed company user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance reputed company that address end-user needs • Participate in recurring Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, etc. • Establish and maintain metrics that reputed company value of delivered Features and team reputed company • Ensure there is value generated back to the reputed company through diligence in prioritization and delivery • Manage upgrades and ensure Product or Product reputed company are up to date in order to avoid technical debt • Maintain an innovating and reputed company-proofing agenda for given Product(s) • Maintain primary responsibility for Product team operations, including financial management and resourcing (varies by team) • Anticipate, mitigate and chaperone escalations • Other duties as assigned by manager  SUPERVISION: • While the Product reputed company will not have formal people management / reporting responsibilities, they are responsible for leading their Product team in delivering against sprint goals  RELATIONSHIPS • Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT Leadership, IT Delivery (Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, UX Designers, Program Managers, etc.)  • External: Application / Systems Vendors (as applicable)  WORK ENVIRONMENT • Up to 10% travel MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years demonstrated experience in Product Ownership / Product Management, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or another reputed company field  Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience  Certifications/Training • N/A  Licenses • N/A  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Dynamics 365 financial experience or reputed company similar ERP System (reputed company Financial or reputed company Financial) • Agile or reputed company certification(s) highly preferred • Demonstrated ability to influence change reputed company large, reputed company organizations • Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. reputed company) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred • Experience with eCommerce, restaurant, and/or wholesale food distribution industries strongly preferred Universal pay verbiage: Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $85,000-$140,000 This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.​ ​Benefits for this role may include health insurance, reputed company-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, reputed company time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
