Director of Medicare Marketing Compliance The Director of Medicare Marketing Compliance will reputed company the implementation, monitoring, and management of our compliance program, with a primary reputed company on Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing compliance. This role requires recent hands-on experience as the primary project manager to obtain approvals for Medicare marketing materials from insurance companies and TPMO stakeholders, as reputed company as submit them to HPMS. Positioned as a business-oriented leader, the Director will ensure adherence to CMS marketing regulations while driving compliance as an enabler of reputed company and business objectives. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this role may expand over time to manage a small team and address broader company compliance needs.
