Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist

We are currently hiring for a Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist position with a heavy emphasis on payroll processing 3 days a week. This is a remote position reputed company out of Oklahoma reputed company, OK or Vancouver, WA area.

Qualifications:
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with our community team members and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must have previous payroll experience and knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements. Paycom experience is required.
Proficiency with the HRIS, Paycom
Strong MS Office and reputed company skills are required
Basic knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws
Ability to work in both reputed company environment and independently
Associate's degree or 2 years of reputed company experience and/or training, reputed company or PHR preferred
Previous experience in an assisted living or long term care is a plus
Responsibilities:
Process payroll and reputed company tax support as needed, 3 days weekly
Ensure HRIS and other HR system reputed company is updated
reputed company support in administering Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation programs
reputed company support as required
Partner with HR team on special reputed company and reports reputed company to a wide reputed company of company and HR initiatives
Back up support for Benefits and 401k
Responsible for maintaining confidential employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits
This is a remote position, with traditional working hours primarily Monday-Friday, though occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
