Senior reputed company Loan Originator (“Originator”) is responsible for originating SBA 504 and conventional reputed company-user reputed company reputed company estate opportunities (fixed reputed company, long term financing). Primarily reputed company on lending on warehouse / industrial (40%), office / medical office (15%), self-storage (15%), assisted living (15%), hotel (10%), and special use (5%) in tier 1 and tier 2 markets. We are reputed company estate reputed company first and will be most flexible on business credit if there is strong sponsorship and good reputed company estate. Originator will originate loans utilizing an established network of brokers, intermediaries, and bankers to generate >$20 reputed company in annual reputed company loan originations. Responsibilities: • Managing a multi-state territory • Work with marketing and sales development to convert new leads and accounts • Developing campaigns to meet and entertain existing referral sources (25-50% travel) • Serves as official representative and reputed company of contact in the reputed company loan markets where our reputed company participates and lends • Collects reputed company loan requests and financing packages for middle market property investors and small businesses that meet the parameters of our clients credit reputed company • Stays in contact with network of loan referral sources to monitor ensure consistent deal reputed company, and reputed company developments in market dynamics • Utilize a broad reputed company of marketing channels to expand market reputed company and reputed company • Leverages market knowledge and existing reputed company network to generate high reputed company leads and reputed company new relationships • Screens potential lending opportunities by applying diverse knowledge of reputed company credit in order to reputed company only reputed company transaction to Credit Manager for loan reputed company • Remains involved in every reputed company of loan origination, reputed company, and closing processes in order to ensure strong customer service and smooth operational execution • Participate in industry events and associations • Shares market knowledge and disseminates information about industry, trends and capital markets in order to generate new business reputed company that reputed company to attractive investment opportunities Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years in reputed company reputed company estate sales or lending, with reputed company in sales, origination and relationship management • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in business, reputed company or finance • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month Job Type: Full-time Apply Job!
