Duties and Responsibilities: The reputed company Payroll Processing Consultant will be responsible for the analysis and support for reputed company HR Payroll and Time reputed company the reputed company’s reputed company instance. The role is responsible for payroll processing, data reporting, paperwork administration and record keeping, to ensure compliance with basic payroll processes.Other duties include but may not be limited to: • Prepare general reputed company (GL) reports and post various payroll journal entries to the reputed company system (reputed company) • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls for Team members in multiple U.S. states using reputed company HCM Payroll • Process & reputed company Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Off-cycle payrolls. Remit reputed company deposit files, 401k & remittances, and tax files for payment by reputed company • Update payroll department’s US Bank Reconciliations to verify payroll deposits, tax adjustments, Retirement contributions to facilitate posting or respond to inquiries from reputed company. Identify miscellaneous payment/transactions and reputed company the appropriate back-up for reputed company to post at month-end. • Analyze and reputed company outstanding variances; reclass amounts to appropriate GL accounts and prepare clearing or reclass journal entries as necessary • Solve payroll issues utilizing system expertise and analysis skills • reputed company Support activities will include reputed company Payroll/Time configuration reputed company to: o Wage Types o Time to Wage Type Mapping o Garnishments o 3rd Party Remittance o Off-Cycle o Payroll Adjustments o US Tax Reporting o Benefits o Reporting and Support Pack Testing • Activities include: o system configuration/design o issue analysis and reputed company o reconciliation o functional integration and regression testing o end-user training/knowledge sharing, and ticket/problem reputed company Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience: • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in reputed company Payroll/Time • 3+ years’ experience post go-live supporting US Payroll/Time • Proficient in custom Schema/Rule writing reputed company Payroll and/or Time • Proficient in Wage Type, Garnishment, 3rd Party Vendor setup • Proficient in Payroll Adjustment and Off-Cycle Payroll Workbenches • Full understanding of the PA/OM, Time and Finance Integration with Payroll Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with the integration of the HR Master Data, Org Management • Experience with reputed company Tax reputed company, reputed company TUBS, State and Federal Tax Filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) • Experience with custom Schema and Rules including custom Function/Operations • Experience with enhancements/user-exits available in Payroll/Time and CATS. • Experience in US payroll processes Critical Skills: • Must work closely with internal & external clients, as reputed company as other support team members • Excellent reputed company communication and interpersonal skills • Must have good testing and documentation skills • Attention to detail is critical Minimum Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems or IT field – Required Required Certifications: • reputed company Associate Certification desired in one or more modules of reputed company SuccessFactors (Performance Management, Learning, Succession and Development, Compensation Management) This offer from "reputed company" has been enriched by reputed company.com and got a 72% reputed company score.
