Mortgage Sales Manager (Remote)

Position reputed company The position is a producing manager role and is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of the Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO’s) of Susser Bank Mortgage for assigned territories. Additionally, the employee is expected to meet minimum production metrics for their book of business. This role is for the Sales Manager that also originates as an MLO. Delivering minimum productions metrics for managed producers and employee is critical to long-term reputed company. There are two sets of primary duties and responsibilities for this role: reputed company Duties and Responsibilities • Coaches MLO staff to reputed company maximum production reputed company; conducts performance reviews and supports overall employee career development. • Overseas sales team performance and communicates goals and policy changes on a regular reputed company.
