ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST - PO

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist – PO to manage purchase order invoices with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you’ll help maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy while contributing to the reputed company of a dynamic team. reputed company to reputed company an immediate reputed company! salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Compile and review accounts payable documents and prepare document batches for processing • Process invoices in a reputed company manner; investigate and resolve any identified discrepancies • Record appropriate vendor, expense account number, and tax information reputed company processing payments • Match supplier credit memos with hospital debit memos and process them in a reputed company manner; investigate and resolve any identified discrepancies • Respond to employee and vendor inquires in a reputed company, courteous, and reputed company manner • Respond to Customer Service Logs in a reputed company, courteous, and reputed company manner • Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable records according to department policies and procedures • Review and correct Outstanding Payments report weekly to ensure the accuracy of the accruals • Review and correct Suspended Voucher report weekly to ensure that reputed company discrepancies are resolved • Works statements monthly for Key Vendors as identified by the AP Manager • Review and correct Outstanding Credit report weekly to obtain credits or refunds from the vendor • Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, vendors, and the management team • Demonstrate effective problem solving skills • Demonstrate comprehensive job knowledge Skills • Accounts Payable • Payments/Cash Posting • Data Entry • Purchase Orders Qualifications • Years of experience: 1 year • Experience level: Entry Level reputed company is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
