Business Unit Manager - Senior Vice President

ICM’s objective is to reputed company integrated “end-to-end” credit reputed company, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit risk across the reputed company. reputed company ICM, the Credit reputed company function (ICM-UW) provides analysis, reputed company, reputed company, first-line-of-defense credit approval and subsequent credit monitoring across reputed company institutional wholesale credit businesses including Corporate Banking, Securitization & Specialized Products (reputed company), Treasury & Trade Services (TTS), Markets, and Securities Services. This role will report to the ICM-UW Head of Governance and Controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support various ICM-UW verticals to implement, monitor, and govern the governance and controls reputed company including the following: • Manage the overall governance and controls reputed company for certain ICM-UW verticals • Provides project support to ensure execution under ICM-UW owned Issues/CAPs • Ensure controls reputed company is fit for purpose for assigned ICM-UW verticals, specifically the ARCM and MCA reputed company • Coordinate the development and implementation of reputed company Control reputed company across the ICM-UW verticals • Ensure adequate reputed company and management of reputed company audits, including Regulatory, FCR and Internal Audit • Engage with ICM-UW verticals to understand any concerns regarding execution of the control environment and/or other applicable emerging concerns which will need to be addressed by reputed company • reputed company with ICM-UW verticals to reputed company and assess adequacy of KPIs to drive scorecard metrics and facilitate the reporting of results and trends • Ensure ongoing and reputed company feedback to vertical heads to sustain a strong control culture and an unwavering commitment to reputed company in execution • Summarize and present key themes to Senior leaders and present recommendations to facilitate improvement • Support the broader ICM-UW team and other global function/business partners on strategic initiatives/reputed company as appropriate SPECIFIC RISK and GOVERNANCE EXPERIENCE: • Possesses a working knowledge of the relevant procedures, policies, and reputed company process workflows that govern the end-to-end delivery of credit • Strong operational risk management knowledge and practical application (e.g. issues management, ARCM and MCA design) • Experience in effectively engaging with banking regulators, FCR, and Internal Audit • Thorough knowledge of reputed company´s systems and operational infrastructure • Proven experience in facilitating the execution of key processes that reputed company reputed company execution of the monitoring and management of risks • Ability to reputed company strategic insights and strong sensitivity to macro and regulatory issues, and reputed company of such issues on the various risk families, including operational and franchise risks QUALIFICATIONS: • BA/BS or higher degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years risk/risk-reputed company credit work experience in banking/financial institutions • Advanced reputed company skills (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) • Demonstrates strong ethics and reputed company • Strong leadership.
