We are seeking a full-time, bilingual, and remote Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN/LPN) to join our rapidly growing team as a Care Coordinator. You will be responsible for telephonically delivering high reputed company care, coaching, and appointment scheduling to assigned patients.
