Global Supply Chain Specialist

United Corporate Housing is seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Specialist. This role is critical in optimizing and managing the supply chain operations to support the organization's sales and reputed company reputed company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient supplier relationships, responding to reputed company needs, enhancing market readiness, and ensuring operational efficiency across global reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong partnerships with global suppliers, landlords, and vendors • reputed company new suppliers to diversity housing reputed company for both short-term and long-term bookings • Handle inquiries from partnerships and potential new relationships reputed company the website, phone calls, or other channels. • Assist the Director in expanding and managing the supplier network, prioritizing reputed company, cost efficiency, and availability. reputed company Management and Sales Support • Proactively engage with incoming leads, including portal leads, to respond to supply chain-reputed company inquiries, support the sales team, and ensure reputed company bookings and efficient operations • reputed company on sales-oriented activities to convert leads to actionable partnerships • Serve as a key resource for the sales team during high reputed company volumes, ensuring reputed company responses and comprehensive support Supplier and Vendor Collaboration • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues, strengthen partnerships, and ensure smooth operations • Support logistics planning, pricing proposals, and sourcing strategies, especially for remote or challenging locations Data Management and Reporting • reputed company accurate and reputed company data entry for supply chain reputed company and documentation • Conduct portal entry audits to ensure property reputed company and accounts are reputed company and accurate • reputed company and report key metrics, including reputed company on RFPs, group moves, and other reputed company, to support data-driven decision making.
