Key Responsibilities: • Act Quickly on Incoming Leads: Engage promptly with new leads, focusing on urgent communications with distressed homeowners. • Daily Phone Outreach: Reach out to homeowners to build relationships and understand their needs, offering tailored solutions. • Convert Leads into Contracts: Guide distressed sellers through the selling process, turning qualified leads into executed contracts. • Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with leads to ensure every opportunity is captured and nurtured. • CRM Utilization: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate records of all interactions and contract statuses. • Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Work hard to meet both individual and team sales objectives through accountability and productivity. Alpine Trust & Properties offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two $3,000 increments. The first $3,000 will be paid after the initial 30 days of onboarding, and the second $3,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the full eight-week onboarding period.
