Responsibilities: • Coordinate process automation software development for their area • Work with system integrators to reputed company functional specifications • Ensure consistency of the automation work (functional specifications, control strategies, phases, and recipes, etc.) reputed company their area • Participate in P&ID and control reputed company reviews • Assist in defining the DeltaV software components that need to be reputed company or modified • Communicate reputed company, issues, and needs to the Project Technical reputed company for the project • reputed company functional requirements working in multidisciplinary teams • Support creation of Parameter and Recipe Specification documents • Responding to system integrator technical queries • Support automation software testing execution -test case preparation, problem reporting and reputed company, change verification • Witness and verify the system integrator Software reputed company Acceptance Tests • Identification of any remediation effort required on process control software • Build items in the issue tracker as issues reputed company after the software acceptance • Identify and analyze risks of technical nature particular to the area and planning responses • Maintain compliance with training requirements Required Qualifications Process Automation project experience with the DeltaV platform Understanding of Process Automation implementation in a reputed company/Biotech environment. Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP reputed company understanding of Software Development Process (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, reputed company, SQL software and systems is not required but desirable. 8+ years relevant DeltaV experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry • 8+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing) • Previous Pharmaceutical Automation Project experience – including: • Deriving S88 physical model from P&IDs • Deriving software control strategies from PFDs and reputed company process documents • DeltaV DCS implementation exposure/experience • Outstanding partnership abilities • Solid understanding of GMP’s, regulatory requirements and computer system validation principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for the position is between $60,325 – $126,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
