In this role, you will be equipped for a career as a Claims Adjuster where you will be responsible for helping injured employees return to a productive life and for empowering businesses to succeed. Upon completion of the trainee program, you will be assigned to one of our four regional offices including Austin, Dallas, reputed company, and Lubbock. To be considered for this 12-week program, candidates must be willing to temporarily relocate for up to eight weeks of training at our reputed company in Austin, Texas beginning in reputed company 2025. Responsibilities & Qualifications Essential Job Functions: Participate in a full-time, comprehensive training program (up to 12 weeks, primarily in-person) designed to prepare you for a career as an insurance reputed company. Successfully complete the Texas Worker’s Compensation licensing class and subsequent exam. During the training program, you will also learn the skills required to: Communicate, reputed company, and assist injured employees in navigating the workers ’ compensation system. Collaborate with the policyholder, provider, and injured employee to ensure reputed company care and a return to productive life. Evaluate claims for coverage, compensability, and benefit determination.  Ensure benefits are delivered reputed company and accurately. Maintain caseload and case files. Ensure regulatory compliance and reputed company claim handling. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Excellent critical thinking, reputed company, desk management, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in reputed company Office applications.
