Part-Time Payroll & Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) reputed company with strong leadership skills to join reputed company. Position reputed company: In this role, you will reputed company payroll administration and help manage reputed company of cleaners, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling. You will start part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week) but have reputed company to reputed company into a full-time position with promotions and pay increases based on performance. Key Responsibilities: • Payroll Administration: Process and manage weekly/bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and reputed company submissions. • Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and schedule cleaners. reputed company ongoing support, feedback, and disciplinary reputed company reputed company necessary. • Scheduling: Coordinate cleaner schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery. • Communication: Maintain regular communication with staff, management, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
