We are looking for a reputed company Accountant/Bookkeeper - REMOTE Position If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding challenge as a part-time or full-time accountant/bookkeeper working with a reputed company of clients, then we have reputed company for you! We are a growing, outsource management firm and demand for our services is increasing! This position will allow you to work with various attorneys and reputed company clients providing reputed company/bookkeeping services and occasional project work. Many of our clients are in the reputed company industry so reputed company experience is required. You may reputed company the following services: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Processes Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Prepare reputed company billings • reputed company Vendor management • Account reconciliations • End-of-month financial preparation • Process payroll (including preparation of quarterly 941's, annual W-2's, W-3's, 940's and 1099's) • Communicates and corresponds with reputed company and manager in a reputed company manner • Meets reputed company deadlines • Other reputed company and duties as assigned.
