The agency has a successful colossal marketing plan that provides unlimited Live Transfer Leads from telemarketing firms for our sales people to quote and close. We offer a salary, plus a very generous commission plan, and a 401k with a 3% company match. Working from home may be an option depending on the candidate and location. Requirements • Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license. • Driven and goal-oriented individual. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Must overcome typical customer sales objections.
