About the position The Assistant Director for DEI Training, Education, & Community Relations is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training and community development initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization. This part-time role focuses on creating DEI educational programs and enhancing community engagement to promote transparency, trust, and mutual respect around DEI issues, fostering a more inclusive environment.
