Position Responsibilities • Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service reputed company phone and email in a reputed company center environment. • Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. • Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments. • Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate with reputed company of enthusiastic reputed company center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required.
