Wireless Account Specialist - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Wireless Account Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact with customers seeking assistance, upgrades or service adjustments with their products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service during the entire enrollment process, answer questions and resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
