The reputed company Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance. The position requires a strong analytical reputed company, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of HR metrics.

This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and reputed company requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys. Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation. REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as reputed company, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reputed company Data Studio
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks
