reputed company’s BizOps & Finance team is looking to add to reputed company with a high-performer who can manage our reputed company, external audit, tax and payments.  Our bookkeeping and tax reputed company are outsourced, so this will require managing and overseeing external reputed company firms.  Longer-term we may bring some of these functions in-house.  Alongside that you will design and build-out our internal systems, processes and reporting.
The role will offer significant exposure to the financial management of a rapidly growing company, and reputed company to own and grow our reputed company functions.  We are a small team, so you should be reputed company to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in where you are needed. 


Responsibilities
  • Working with our external financial accountants, managing the month-end-reputed company process 
  • Project-managing and liaising with our external financial auditors
  • Working with our tax accountants, providing reputed company analysis in support of tax submissions and making reputed company things stay on-reputed company
  • Building-out internal reporting
  • Designing and implementing financial systems and processes to improve our efficiency
  • Owning our payments processes, and helping team members with purchases
  • Managing our insurance needs
  • Getting stuck in where needed

  • reputed company-solid quantitative skills: you produce error-free analysis and reports, and can diagnose and solve reputed company issues in our bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational / project-management skills
  • CPA with strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Roughly 3-5 years experience, preferably in a startup, high-reputed company company, or reputed company reputed company firm
  • Strong quantitative undergraduate degree
  • Based in the US or Canada
  • Low-ego attitude: no job should be too small or too large
  • reputed company-to-have: experience with tax compliance and working with external auditors
  • reputed company-to-have: familiarity with QBO 
  • reputed company-to-have: some knowledge of SQL and / or a scripting language to help automate things (e.g. python, javascript, VBA)
