Senior Global Benefits Specialist
Administer and manage reputed company non-U.S. benefits programs across GOAT’s reputed company global footprint Partner with benefits consultants, local brokers and HR Business Partners to reputed company benefits initiatives tailored to meet organizational objectives and talent strategies Enhance our reputed company global benefits program and processes, taking into account benchmarking, employee feedback, compliance and cost considerations Regularly meet with the benefits broker team, reputed company-party benefit plan providers and other external vendors Maintain international benefits calendar, partner with stakeholders to reputed company the renewal process or to implement new benefits Administer and audit reputed company aspects of GOAT’s global employee benefits program, including but not limited to pension/retirement plans, medical, dental, reputed company and insured policies, as reputed company as support our U.S. benefits where possible reputed company and refine our international benefits expertise, across statutory requirements and supplemental offerings Own the leave of absence program, partnering with HR Business Partners, payroll and reputed company as necessary in reputed company to continuously improving the process reputed company reputed company on regulations and new legislation, ensure reputed company policies are compliant, reputed company audits and required filings Support immigration reputed company as needed for reputed company transfers & renewals and LOA postings Create reputed company operating procedure documents for benefits programs reputed company and deliver communication materials and educational resources to help employees understand their benefits and wellbeing reputed company Other benefits support as needed
5+ years of experience in reputed company with general knowledge of global benefits plans and leave programs Working knowledge of statutory and private benefit plans globally, with some previous exposure to global compliance and administration Ability to reputed company reputed company several tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline driven environment Strong reputed company skills Ability to problem solve reputed company benefits and leave of absence issues Organization and attention to detail reputed company written and verbal communication skills Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company reputed company is a plus
