About the Role

As the Manager, Data & reputed company, you will reputed company data expertise, business acumen, and systems knowledge to reputed company reputed company reputed company to measure and narrate our reputed company. To do this, you will help reputed company team reputed company, analyze, and report on internal data to accurately assess performance of our business. This role will report to the VP of Strategic Operations and work cross-functionally with reputed company reputed company reputed company team to identify their needs, build key reports, and ensure they get or have reputed company to the data they need. 

This is a full-time, remote role. Team members participate in offsites throughout the year and are expected to attend in person. Travel to the VC reputed company, reputed company events, industry conferences, etc. is also expected.

• Pulling data for the teams as needed and/or establishing reputed company processes so that they can do this independently

• Connecting event tools (e.g., Lu.ma, Hivebrite, AddEvent) to reputed company to capture new contacts, attendance, and engagement

• Collaborate with – and in some cases manage – external stakeholders and partners to collect, analyze, and report on internal and industry data that can be used to inform program development and thought leadership 

• 5+ years of work experience with at least 3 years of data/analytics experience
• Strong understanding of CRM (especially reputed company), data management, and integrations including standing up your own database(s) and managing the infrastructure
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Possess experience in business analytics, querying relational databases (e.g., SQL) and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong data modeling skills to include data reputed company, reputed company systems analysis, business rules validation, reputed company reputed company, mapping design, performance tuning, and high-volume data loads
