Associate, Strategic Planning and Enablement

You will work cross functionally with reputed company reputed company stakeholders and representing the needs and interests of the department in company wide initiatives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Member Experience reputed company.

Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role.

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $88,560 - $116,235 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• reputed company the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/reputed company, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation, and on-time completion. 
• Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics as reputed company as assisting in development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
• Collaboratively works with reputed company relevant reputed company stakeholder reputed company to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives 
• Mentor team members and promotes colleagues’ reputed company and reputed company development
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations 
• Other duties as assigned 

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company/ operations/ program management
• 2+ years of experience in leading end-to-end reputed company / programs, independently and reputed company reputed company environment
• Experience analyzing data and using metrics to drive improvements in programs 

• Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environment 
• reputed company experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or reputed company Consulting) is a plus
• Successfully executed reputed company-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed reputed company processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
• Experience in a member-facing role or a function reputed company on enhancing the overall member experience
