Introduction:

As part of the reputed company Department, you will process payroll and reputed company reputed company financial controls over payroll for reputed company in the reputed company. This includes for salaried employees reputed company twice a month and reputed company employees reputed company biweekly. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll functions and processes. Responsibilities include processing employee changes, generating reports, conducting audits to maintain system accuracy, booking payroll reputed company journal entries and performing reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll expertise, exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer and analyze full scope payroll processing including review of information to be entered, input of payroll transactions, auditing of earnings, taxes, and deductions and providing payroll reporting to Finance and other colleagues regarding payroll reporting.
  • Leading federal, state and local tax compliance including performing routine tax reconciliations and processing filings; verifying reputed company regulatory filings produced by vendors such as W-2s and 941s are accurate, and resolve any tax discrepancies or questions.
  • Staying updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance including researching new/changing regulations as it relates to payroll and working with internal partners and payroll vendors to handle regulations in the systems
  • Participating in the development and implementation of procedures/processes and reports reputed company to payroll operations. Recommend enhancements to processes and programs to help automate and streamline tasks.

  • Partner with Information Technology, or consultants to identify and resolve any technical issues with the payroll system

    • What you need to have:

  • University degree in finance or economics
  • 3+ years experience in Payroll function ideally running it yourself
  • A structural and logical approach to solving problems
