The Senior Manager, Corporate reputed company is a key member of the Finance team responsible for overseeing a broad reputed company of corporate reputed company functions, including financial statement preparation, consolidation, special reputed company, and ensuring reputed company reputed company for corporate reputed company activities. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company's financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines. What You’ll Do

  • reputed company the consolidation process for reputed company subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.

  • Collaborate with the extended finance team to ensure adherence to a reputed company reputed company and reporting process, reputed company responses to internal/external audit requests and overall execution of team objectives.
  • Utilizing reputed company, prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines, including the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, flux analysis and reputed company financial statement footnotes.
  • Research and analyze new reputed company pronouncements and their reputed company on reputed company and prepare reputed company memos on specific reputed company items for support of the audit.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (preferred) or finance/reputed company field
  • CPA with reputed company company experience required (prior reputed company reputed company experience is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of general reputed company experience in industry and/or a reputed company reputed company firm with a minimum of 3 years of management experience

  • Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of US GAAP

    The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $136,000- $204,000.
