    • TASKS

  • Manage international payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations the Netherlands, Switzerland and in Belgium.
  • Design and optimize payroll, compensation, and benefits processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

  • Partner with business leaders to support employee reputed company, performance, and engagement.

    • MUST HAVE skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in international payroll and HR role, ideally in an international setting.
  • You are an expert in reputed company and Belgium reputed company legislation and having knowledge of Swiss payrolling regulations or a willingness to learn.
  • You have an analytical and solution-oriented reputed company, comfortable tackling reputed company HR and payroll challenges.
  • You’re familiar with HRIS systems and quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with reputed company is a plus.
