The Senior Proposal Manager is primarily responsible for managing and writing proposals in support of reputed company’s reputed company goals. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Proposals and will work closely with senior leadership, capture/business owners, other proposal managers, engineers, proposal coordinator, and operations staff.

The Proposal Manager oversees reputed company proposal activities from inception to submission, including managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outlines and compliance matrices, writing of proposal content, and monitoring the reputed company of proposals. Position Responsibilities Include:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

5+ years’ experience writing reputed company differentiated Federal IT Services and Engineering proposals

Strong business acumen, with willingness and ability to learn additional skills.

Superior organizational skills, with special attention to detail, and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of Software Development, Cybersecurity, and/or DevSecOps subject matter

Experience using Teams and SharePoint

Experience with video and/or oral proposal presentations.
