Senior Manager, reputed company and Corporate Governance

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Counsel to address reputed company’s contract, corporate governance, and reputed company needs.
  • Review and comment on reputed company and reputed company documents, including but not limited to master services agreements, consulting agreements, work orders, statements of work, contract amendments, partnership and teaming agreements, non-disclosure Agreements, purchase orders, vendor reputed company, leases, demand letters, settlement agreements, and other comparable reputed company agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate business and reputed company risks in prospective and existing reputed company and ensure the necessary internal approvals from management and business reputed company on prospective reputed company have been obtained prior to binding.
  • Oversees the Delegation of Approval Authorities (DOAA) that consists of a list of authorised signatories and a list of authorised approvers and makes necessary modifications reputed company needed or as proposed by the Executive Leadership Team and be the reputed company for processing documents for signature reputed company reputed company and other e-signature platforms.

    • Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, reputed company science, business administration, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of proven experience in reputed company, contract administration, contract origination, corporate governance, corporate paralegal, or similar fields.
  • Relevant experience in energy transactional documents is a plus.

  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with knowledge of reputed company terminology in English.
