Inbound Call Center Sales Agent - Personal Insurance

Description: • Join our team as we help shape the future. • We are looking for candidates who either have a Personal Lines License or are willing to obtain during our training program (study time and exam provided). • Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections. • Our customer-centric approach guides all our actions. • We place the customer at the center of everything we do. Requirements: • 2 + years proven track record in sales is required; • Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. • Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day. • Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate all prior carrier relationships as applicable. • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. • Internet: High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload and your internet provider supplied device is to be hard-wired to the Hartford issued router and/or computer. • This is a customer-facing role which requires your full attention. • A distraction free environment is required.
