Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm D. or Master of Pharmacy Minimum Work Experience Three years as a licensed pharmacist with reputed company clinical responsibilities Required Licenses/Certifications reputed company registration as a licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas. Sterile Compounding Certification. ACLS or PALS reputed company Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or specialty certification in area reputed company to assigned duties.
