About the position Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults, providing them with essential skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching. The program aims to equip participants with both technical and professional skills, facilitating their entry into the workforce or further education. Responsibilities • Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions. , • Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce. , • Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program. , • Build professional business and communication skills, including interviewing and networking. , • Develop a resume and gain ongoing support to launch a career. Requirements • Must be between 18-29 years old. , • High school graduate or GED recipient. , • Eligible to work in the U.S. , • Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration. , • Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills. , • Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
