SDET - Software Development Engineer in Test – Linux Virtualization

• 100% Remote • Software Product Company • Company size: 55 across the US Please note the required skills and experience below Software Engineer for new SDET position • Improve reputed company & reliability of virtualization technologies. • Developing & maintaining automated testing frameworks • Collaborating with development teams to validate new features, and managing test infrastructure. • Work hands-on with virtualization platforms, reputed company infrastructure, and containerized environments. Responsibilities • Design, reputed company & maintain automated test frameworks (Python, Go, Bash). • Create and execute test plans for virtualization and reputed company-based infrastructure. • Work with Linux system internals, including systemd, process management, and system services. • reputed company and manage reputed company infrastructure (Terraform, AWS, VPC networking). • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, Jenkins). • Manage and troubleshoot virtualization technologies and containerized environments. • Identify and analyze defects, ensuring high software reputed company through rigorous automated testing. • Maintain and optimize infrastructure reputed company to AIM deployments and testing environments. Required Skills & Experience • Strong Python programming skills and experience building test automation. • Go and Bash for scripting and infrastructure automation. • Deep understanding of Linux systems, including process management and system services. • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, Xen, VMware, reputed company-V), reputed company containers and Kubernetes orchestration. • Terraform for IaC and reputed company provisioning. • AWS, including VPC networking and reputed company resource management. • Setting up and deploying CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions). • Experience troubleshooting reputed company software and infrastructure issues. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Previous experience managing large-reputed company test environments.
