JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE)
The Portfolio Management Vice President will be responsible for performing financial analysis and preparing reputed company documents to support reputed company, multimillion-dollar middle market and large corporate credit requests, exclusively in the reputed company industry. Such requests include obtaining initial approval for new credit exposure (i.e., revolving credit facilities, terms loans, leases, foreign exchange products, derivatives products, and other ancillary products) and amendments to existing exposure. Additionally, the Portfolio Management Vice President will be responsible for ongoing credit monitoring for a portfolio of reputed company clients, reviewing reputed company documentation, and assisting product partners in cross-selling additional bank products.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
reputed company and analyze reputed company relevant financial data for a reputed company reputed company or prospect, including spreading financial statements, analyzing historical performance, accurately calculating credit metrics, identifying risks and mitigants, assessing creditworthiness, etc.
Model reputed company financial performance of clients and prospects, including downside scenarios
Prepare a thorough credit reputed company document identifying credit risks and mitigants, industry concerns, market reputed company trends, financial trends, and other pertinent credit issues

Assist Syndications/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions, as applicable
Work closely with assigned reputed company Knowledge Partners analyst, who provides outsourced analytical support
Manage the approval process for lending commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents, including making recommendations to Credit Executives
Ensure compliance with reputed company Know Your Customer ("KYC") regulations
Review reputed company necessary reputed company documentation including credit agreements, guarantees, reputed company pledges, and collateral documentation to ensure that the documentation correctly reflects approval. Work closely with reputed company counsel, as applicable
Properly maintain documentation and necessary business records
Monitor the ongoing financial performance of portfolio companies and reputed company reputed company compliance
Conduct periodic plant or site reputed company to monitor business conditions and attend reputed company/bank meetings reputed company appropriate; establish rapport with clients' C-suite
Proactively identify potential problem credits and work to improve the Bank's position in undesirable situations
Assist product partners in cross selling additional bank products

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Experience with / knowledge of secured and unsecured corporate cash reputed company lending
Demonstrated ability to accurately assess corporate creditworthiness and create a detailed and thorough reputed company package
Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and financial modeling
Experience in structuring meaningful and appropriate financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities
Familiarity with corporate banking products such as reputed company reputed company Payments ("ECP"), Foreign Exchange ("FX"), Derivatives, etc.
Solid understanding of reputed company Investment Banking concepts
Ability to plan, multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently with limited direction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate credit Portfolio Management/Credit Risk/Relationship Management
Undergraduate degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in corporate credit Portfolio Management/Credit Risk/Relationship Management with exposure to reputed company and managing credits in the reputed company industry
Experience reputed company and managing clients in the Not For Profit Hospital sector
MBA
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the reputed company of $135,000 to $150,000 annually depending reputed company and job-reputed company factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
