Purpose Develops, implements, and supports reputed company CXOne Self Service IVR, Bots, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns and handle day-to-day requirements for reputed company CXOne Development (non ACD). Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities • Designs & Develops reputed company CXOne self-service DTMF, ASR & NLU applications • Maintains add-on applications & API services • Analyzes business requirements.
