Role: IT Support Engineer Work Location: Richardson, TX Hire Type: 6 Months+ Contract Responsibilities • Reports to the onsite manager for their site. • Troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment onsite and remotely. • IT equipment includes: o Desktops o Laptops o Printers o Fax machines, scanners o Tablets o Smartphones Minimum Qualifications / Skills • 2+ years technical support experience or an associate degree in information systems, computer applications, or similar field. • High level customer service experience. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Onsite starting day 1.
