About the position As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Responsibilities • Lead each shift and manage store operations to ensure quality service and product delivery. , • Motivate and guide team members to create a positive work environment. , • Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and safety protocols. , • Train and coach baristas on beverage preparation and customer service standards. , • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Requirements • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , • 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers. , • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of multiple employees. , • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
