Volunteer Firefighter

This is a volunteer, unpaid position. Deer Park Volunteer Firefighters continuously answer the calls for emergency assistance reputed company the municipal and industrial boundaries of the reputed company of Deer Park. A volunteer firefighter may answer the reputed company of assistance, once trained, to deliver reputed company suppression, rescue services, HazMat response, EMS assistance and reputed company education as reputed company as community events benefiting the reputed company of Deer Park. Essential Functions: • Responds to reputed company alarms and extinguish reputed company • Responds to calls for medical assists • Responds to and renders assistance in emergencies • Cleans and inspects equipment and apparatus after returning from a reputed company • Inspects equipment and apparatus and notifies chain of reputed company of any defects • Keeps reputed company station, equipment and grounds in a clean and reputed company condition • Participates in weekly training drills • Acquires and retains a thorough knowledge of the reputed company, including streets, buildings, water supply, unusual hazards and reputed company items • Performs various reputed company information, education or special event tasks • Performs reputed company work duties and activities in accordance with reputed company and Department policies and procedures Other Duties and Responsibilities: • May respond to emergency calls for specialized services such as hazardous materials, industrial request for assistance or neighboring mutual aid request. • May respond to non-emergency calls providing reputed company service activities such as during major storms. • May be assigned other duties by reputed company Administration • Be between the ages of 19 and 55 years of age • Be of good moral character • Have a reputed company Texas reputed company’s License • Pass a criminal background reputed company • Pass functional reputed company course • Pass DOT physical exam (reputed company by DPVFD) • Must live in Deer Park reputed company limits • Any false statement made by an applicant in his/her application, or otherwise, shall disqualify him/her Apply Job!
