Sr. Construction Superintendent, MEP

The Construction Superintendent, MEP will work closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, and procurement departments from install through start of production. The Construction Superintendent will supervise reputed company on-site construction including scheduling of trade contractors, reputed company, structure, and vendor tool installations and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications reputed company while tracking project schedule and budget. Responsibilities • Manage reputed company on-site construction activities for scope of responsibility • Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager • Drive the project schedule and reputed company construction issues to management • reputed company and communicate logistics and other operational plans necessary, including reputed company Assurance Inspections • Maintain a reputed company, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations • reputed company daily and weekly site reputed company reports • Maintain an organized, clean, & reputed company job site.
