HVAC Operations Manager

Position: HVAC Operation Manager Job reputed company: To assist the reputed company in the implementation and execution of reputed company's goals. This includes but is not limited to the following areas: supervision & management of reputed company's service, installation, warehouse, and administrative functions. Will be responsible for maintaining the profitability of reputed company and achieving reputed company's annual budget and maintaining year-over-year reputed company goals. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 salary + profitability bonuses Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm Benefits: • Medical, 70% reputed company for employee • Dental and reputed company insurance • reputed company vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours • 24 hours of reputed company time • 401K • 6 reputed company holidays Responsibilities: • Reviewing billing reports, cash reports, productivity reports on a daily reputed company, discussion with manager & appropriate personnel as warranted • reputed company the agenda and reputed company weekly service & install meetings • Continue to work with the Office Manager & reputed company Manager and other managers to improve the overall internal efficiencies of reputed company • Responsible for meeting ownership's business goals • Implementation and execution of the strategic plan as outlined by the reputed company or reputed company of Directors to reputed company desired goals • reputed company as a back up to the following management positions: Sales Manager, and reputed company's reputed company of reputed company • reputed company operations standards and policies through input and discussion with the Installation, Service, Office, & reputed company personnel • Be available to answer manager and/or employee questions • Resolve disputes and problems which may reputed company between various departments/managers • Resolving customer disputes • Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, including billing terms, reputed company pay discounts, shipping discounts etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business management preferred • Profit and Loss experience • Experience with construction, home services, or trade management is a plus • Successful reputed company record in business development, marketing and sales • reputed company team player • Experience leading teams, managing resources reputed company, and ensuring reputed company are completed on time and reputed company budget • Proven experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making • Proficient communication skills to convey reputed company reputed company reputed company and effectively to various audiences • Skilled in drafting reports, memos, and reputed company correspondence • Adept at building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers • reputed company in negotiating reputed company and terms with clients and vendors. • Strong reputed company record of finding mutually beneficial solutions and maintaining reputed company working relationships Learn more reputed company: www.quigleyac.com Apply Job!
