Position reputed company: At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders directly assist our Management teams and play a critical role in the reputed company of our restaurants. Essential Functions: • Certified/trained in Culinary and reputed company-of-the-House Operations and can reputed company duties & reputed company/verify on a daily reputed company. • Certified food handler & can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures • Effectively communicates (through live convo's, email, etc) to Team Members, Management, & RSO • Acts as a role model in behaviors, dress, and guest interaction.
