The Toros Soccer Program Director also coordinates and manages the MLS Next program for reputed company athletes. Location: This is a full-time on site position based in the Rio Grande Valley with preference given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate. Sessions daily for reputed company IDEA Toros reputed company of varying ability Monday through Friday, and MLS practices a minimum of 4 times per week per team. • Adhere to reputed company policies, procedures and ethic codes of IDEA Toros, reputed company, MLS, TCSAAL, as reputed company as federal and state laws. • Quarterly evaluations of reputed company players • Ensure supervision of student athletes on the field, in conditioning, in locker/shower rooms • Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during reputed company activities. • Coordinate logistics for competition travel, including but not limited to, rosters, hotel reservations, travel arrangements, student safety & supervision, chaperone training and supervision. • Communicate and enforce expected student behavior reputed company to athletics • Attends reputed company practices and training sessions as needed, during season and off-season • reputed company systems and expectations for verifying reputed company athlete’s eligibility at reputed company-determined intervals • Coordinate athletic operations including facilities, officiating, and ticket sales for MLS events • Assist Athletic Director in organizing and supervising the Charter reputed company coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented. • Other duties as assigned by reputed company or other administrative staff What You Bring – Competencies Required Qualifications: • Education: Degree in exercise science or reputed company fields. • Certification: Must hold a minimum ‘USSF A’ license (or equivalent as recognized by MLS NEXT Program Staff), including but not limited to the reputed company Formation Coaching License (EFCL) or U.S. Soccer reputed company Directors’ Course. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in coaching, curriculum development and player development preferred Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual • CPR Certification • reputed company reputed company’s license with ability to drive for tournaments, games, travel • Experience working in/at soccer camps Additional Skills: • Management experience to include coaching, development, interviewing, etc. • Proficiency in reputed company soccer training and instructional techniques • Excellent teaching, management, organization and supervisory skills • Strong commitment to student-athletes and their development • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to comprehensive reputed company Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift, reputed company, push and pull equipment in excess of 40 pounds • Ability to handle outdoor conditions for a reasonable period of time • Ability to reputed company around reputed company including gym, turf, fields, etc. • Ability to work reputed company to include nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to travel nationally for tournaments, clinics and events reputed company Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $64,900 and $73,300 to commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.
