$16 per hour + tips (digital and cash) + monthly bonus
CAFFENIO, a leading coffee drive-thru concept from Mexico, has opening our first store in the U.S. and we are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Part-time Baristas to join our team.
As a Barista, you will prepare and serve beverages and select food items while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role includes following established processes to ensure a fast and efficient experience for customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Follow the complete customer service protocol from greeting to farewell, ensuring a unique and positive experience for each customer.
? Promote monthly product promotions to boost sales.
? Use the POS system and a tablet to process orders quickly, maintaining a friendly and efficient approach.
? Offer and explain the CAFFENIO card to customers who don?t already have one to encourage account recharges.
? Participate in contests or initiatives to increase sales and achieve set goals.
? Maintain a clean work area, including restrooms and outdoor spaces, while handling product restocking and customer service tasks.
? Address customer complaints, ensuring every guest has a pleasant experience.
? Track and record daily production details, including product variety, quantities, and production times to meet company standards.
? Follow recipes precisely and maintain food quality standards.
? Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging from storage, and ensure kitchen utensils and tools are available for food preparation.
? Follow the first-in, first-out method for food safety.
? Clean all work areas, utensils, and machines according to quality standards.
? Label finished products according to guidelines and product specifications.
? Participate in CAFFENIO Culture Programs as instructed by the Store Manager.
? Reduce ingredient waste by following labeling and expiration date procedures.
EXPERIENCE:
? Experience in a fast-paced environment
? QSR industry experience
? Customer service experience
? Knowledge of food & beverage (F&B) best practices
EDUCATION:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES:
? Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
? Availability to work on nights and weekends (required)
? Knowledge of F&B best practices
? Strong communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Ability to move quickly throughout the restaurant.
? Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
? Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Pay: $16.00 per hour + tips + monthly bonus
