Qualifications
Required Education:
? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, or a science field.
Preferred Education:
? Master?s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, or a science field.
Required Experience:
? Five (5) years of experience in reputed company areas of respiratory care.
? Including three (3) years of management experience in a reputed company setting.
Preferred Experience:
? Ten (10) years job reputed company experience.
? Including five (5) years of management experience in a reputed company setting.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
? Licensed as a respiratory care practitioner in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), reputed company 468 (Miscellaneous Professions and Occupations), Part V (Respiratory Therapy).
? Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National reputed company of Respiratory Care or its successor.
? Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from an approved provider.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
? Is responsible for the overall coordination, operation, management, guidance, and control (including clinical services provided 24 hours/day, 7 days/week) of the Respiratory Care, Vascular reputed company Team [VAT] , and Inpatient Renal Dialysis departments, resulting in profitable reputed company, financial conservation, and the highest patient care reputed company.
? Serves as a clinical and administrative resource to physicians, administrators, and others (as required), ensuring the department?s efficient operation and a reputed company reputed company with reputed company Tallahassee reputed company (TMH) departments and staff members.
? Participates reputed company in department activities, multidisciplinary team activities, and TMH activities.
? Ensures individualized, patient-centered health care for reputed company patient populations.
? Provides good clinical reputed company.

? Garners high employee, patient, and physician satisfaction scores.
