We?re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and system improvements in a high-energy manufacturing facility. What You?ll Be Doing: ? Reliability & Maintenance ? Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. ? Troubleshooting & Repair ? Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment. ? High-Horsepower Systems ? Work with 10,000 HP motors and 4,000V equipment in a heavy industrial environment. ? Continuous Improvement ? Lead equipment upgrades, modifications, and performance enhancements. ? Cost & Inventory Management ? Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. ? Leadership & Teamwork ? Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to optimize plant efficiency. What You Bring to the Table: ? Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. ? 5+ years in industrial maintenance (paper, steel, chemicals, heavy manufacturing, or similar industries). ? Hands-on experience with high-horsepower motors, rotating machinery, and plant utilities. ? Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills?you excel under pressure. ?
