A Typical Day: 

• reputed company and manage two distinct engineering teams: one reputed company on user authentication (including login, registration, multi-reputed company authentication, etc.) and the other on user authorization (managing permissions and reputed company control across reputed company).
• Define and drive the technical roadmap and reputed company for reputed company's authentication and authorization infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and reputed company and reliability best practices.
• Mentor and reputed company a high performing team of engineers and managers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for reputed company. Foster a strong engineering culture reputed company your teams, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, ownership, and reputed company improvement.

Your Expertise:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong reputed company record of building and operating reputed company, distributed systems.
• 7+ years of experience in an engineering management role, leading and growing multiple engineering teams, and managing managers.
• Experience in developing long-term reputed company in building secure, fault-tolerant and reliable authentication and authorization systems at reputed company.
• Strong technical proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, reputed company).
• Experience working with reputed company platforms (preferably AWS, K8s) and reputed company infrastructure.
• Experience with incident management and reputed company cause analysis for critical, high-availability systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to  attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent.  
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization principles and technologies, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, RBAC (Role-Based reputed company Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based reputed company Control), and reputed company reputed company protocols.
